Life Events; Health & Wellbeing and B2. Support that goes with the life events and the characteristic trait self-esteem and outlook If you are following my SoW 2024-2025, this is Week 14, this now relates to PSA Task 3a (Life Event PIES) and 3b (Support) . There are homework tasks for both Level 1 and Level 2 which are adaptable to suit your need eg.date There are activities aimed at building up student notes to have with them in the PSA and capture understanding and can be referred to whilst students complete the PSA Controlled Assessment. There is the continued literacy support with useful vocabulary, again and a case study example PIES. There’s a 39 slide presentation introducing life events to get students thinking to start with. All the spec content relates to Life Event impacting on a person experiencing a point from the Health & Wellbeing category and suitable support. There is also points that guides students to considers personality impacting on coping strategies. This detail is included in the 40 slide presentation which has pause points for student contribution and breaks to complete their notes table which they can refer to in the actual PSA.
